Which rodents does this guide cover for Delaware?

The house mouse and the Norway rat, both on the strength of their national ranges. The Internet Center for Wildlife Damage Management says house mice exist across the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska, and that Norway rats have spread throughout the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Those ranges include Delaware, but the source says nothing about how common either species is in the state.

Wilmington's do. The inspection checklist for the City of Wilmington's Residential Rental Property Program requires that a unit have no insect or rodent infestation.

The same checklist asks for doorframe molding that is weather tight and rodent proof. Landlords getting ready for the inspection can use that line as a prompt to check door gaps along with the rest of the unit.
